UPJUNOO PRO KE

Nairobi, Kenya

The UPJUNOO! ecosystem, deployed and operated here.

Designed in Canada. Deployed, operated and connected on the ground by our teams, from Nairobi.

Who does what

A regional subsidiary, not an application.

Three similar names, three different things. Here is which is which.

Company

UPJUNOO!

The Canadian company. It carries strategy, standards and intellectual property. It is the entity you contract with.

Regional subsidiary

UPJUNOO PRO Kenya

Us. We deploy, operate and connect the whole portfolio across East and Southern Africa, from Nairobi.

Solution

UPJUNOO PRO application

A mobility application from the portfolio — ride-hailing, delivery, rental, freight. One building block out of eight, not the company.

This is the regional subsidiary’s site. It presents the mandate on the territory and the whole portfolio — not one application.

Our mandate

What we actually do.

We deploy

We install, configure and connect the group’s solutions to the local context: payment methods, networks, partners, regulation.

We operate

We run day-to-day operations, support and service continuity — with teams present on the territory.

We negotiate locally

Operators, institutions, carriers, merchants, distributors: partnerships are built here, not remotely.

We transfer skills

Team training, documentation handed over, autonomy as the goal. You should be able to operate without us.

Use cases

What a project actually looks like.

Four situations we are often asked about, and the portfolio building blocks that answer them.

01

Ride-hailing or taxi operator

Digitalise a fleet without assembling four vendors.

Application UPJUNOO PROUPMapsUPPAY / Wallet

The situation

A fleet, drivers, demand that shifts through the day. Taking the booking, assigning a vehicle, pricing and collecting: each step is usually sold by a different provider.

What we put in place

Booking, geolocation, dispatching, pricing and the driver wallet in one platform. Activity zones are mapped and collection goes through mobile money, which customers already use.

02

Local authority or public administration

Inform a planning decision with something other than intuition.

UPDataUPMaps

The situation

Carving out zones, measuring where demand concentrates, locating facilities: the material exists but is scattered across departments, formats and vintages.

What we put in place

Territorial data is mapped and consolidated into dashboards you can put in front of a council. Indicators are dated, so they stand up to a supervisory body or a funder.

03

Cooperative or site in a remote area

Operate where the public network stops.

UPCONNECTONE SKY

The situation

Nothing works without a link: a platform, a payment terminal or a sensor all assume a connection that holds — including tens of kilometres from the last point of presence.

What we put in place

Satellite link and private network, installation and supervision. Satellite observation takes over for following a growing season or a resource, without a monthly field visit.

04

Merchant network or distributor

Bring a network of outlets online.

UPJUNOO MarchandUPPAY / WalletApplication UPJUNOO PRO

The situation

Dozens of outlets, paper catalogues, orders by chat and cash payment. Nothing is wrong with that — but nothing is traceable, and the customer base stops at the neighbourhood.

What we put in place

Each merchant publishes a catalogue and receives orders in one place; delivery runs through the UPJUNOO PRO application and collection through UPPAY, with sales tracking.

These scenarios illustrate combinations of the portfolio — they are not client references. We publish a reference, a deployment or a figure only with the agreement of the partner concerned and a verifiable source. Ask, and we open the file in a meeting.

Our territory

Local roots, regional reach.

We operate from Nairobi for East and Southern Africa. That perimeter is one of representation: it says where we can work, not where we would have offices. Wherever a project runs, our teams and local partners carry it — the group’s second subsidiary covers West and Central Africa from Abidjan.

How we work

Five stages, from diagnosis to evolution.

Method and standards come from the Canadian head office; delivery is carried here. That boundary is what makes the model repeatable from one territory to the next — and why you are not funding a market entry.

  1. I

    Diagnose

Understand the operational stakes, map the flows and the players.

  2. II

    Design

Architect the solution, pick the building blocks, model the service.

  3. III

    Deploy

Integrate, configure, connect, train the local teams.

  4. IV

    Operate

Maintain service quality, support and continuity.

  5. V

    Evolve

Measure impact, iterate, extend, transfer the skill.
